It seems that time flies by without us noticing it. Maybe it's time to reflect a little - Did you spend your time wisely? What have you done in the past 30 days? What do you plan to do in future? Why do I say that, plainly because time waits for no man. Alright enough of this... =P

Saturday. Training was pretty much alright, thanks to the lighter tyre that we pulled compared to that in Hot Leong's boat... After that, went straight down to Serangoon Gardens to study with Jasmine, Vivien, Joanne, Shu Rong and Sok Kim. Did study a little of BSTATS and before I knew it, we were at Chomp Chomp readying ourselves for dinner. I just ate a measly packet of Camel Sugar Peanuts... I'm serious.

However, the highlight wasn't the food. It was this guy. A guy without shame? Without pride? Without any dignity? What was he? He was someone who knelt down on the floor, begging his girlfriend for forgiveness, in front of everyone in Chomp Chomp. His girlfriend was with 3 other female counterparts, but they couldn't give a damn about him kneeling. It was quite a while when the fun part began. There was this uncle who just couldn't bear the sight of a man hurting his pride and dignity, went straight up to that poor fella and reprimanded him like his own son. He kept commanding that guy to stand up and not kneel down anymore whilst his presumable wife, was busy telling the girlfriend to ask that fella to stand up as well. All this went on for quite a while till finally the uncle managed to forcefully persuade that guy to stand. After the commotion was over, when we were just about to leave, one of the girl's friends shouted out to the onlookers, "See what see, you all no father mother ah?" Hahahaha... This statement was met with a straight "Fuck you" from one of the middle-aged man. All I could do was just laugh and return to the table... This isn't exactly every single detail but yeah, the overall gist is there... Over and out.

Sunday. Yeah. Was woken up, not by my alarm clock, but by some irritating mosquito which refused to drink my younger brother's blood and chose mine instead. Planned to wake up at 6.40, ended up waking at 6. Damn it.

What's so special about today? Surf And Sweat baby! Took part with Melissa in the Mixed Institutional Race. What could I say, beautiful sun, sandy beaches, gorgeous babes... Good day to be at Sentosa's Siloso Beach. All I would say would be that it was a good experience running the 3km trail. Tiring but endurable, except for the steps... -_-" Definitely going to join next year's one as well... Both Melissa and I ranked 25th overall, not bad actually! =D

Yeah sorry fellas for missing out on those crucial details about the event, don't really have the mood to type them out... Perhaps you could try looking at someone else's blog? Yeah, I think that's mainly what I have in mind. Monday's gonna be a brand new day, a brand new week, the Common Test week. Back to the books before Tuesday's paper and also, am gonna hit the gym with my new routine... Can't wait to try it out! =D Okok. Stop.

Peace ouT.

29th January 2005

Man... Have I started? HELL YEAH!

What is Economics? It is the study of how people choose to allocate, produce or exchange their resources, goods and services, to satisfy unlimited wants.

Muahahaha. Yes I started off with Microeconomics for the very reason that I don't have a BSTATS textbook... -_-" And I think I'm doing fine with it... Need more revision on it though. Tomorrow then.

Trained my shoulders and triceps today. Felt quite satifsfied. Yah nothing much to say. Just giving a brief update...

To buy list:
1) 2 pairs of swimming trunks (a.k.a tights) for my ASS
2) AIBI Lower-Back Support Belt
3) A new bag?

Yeah I might be getting those stuff soon, except for number 3... Chelsea's leading Portsmouth by 3 goals to nil.

I really wonder whether I just love or hate sea rowing sessions. Actually, it's a little of both. I love it for the fact that we gain lots of mileage (because we rowed with a tyre), checked our strokes and of course, FEEL THE BOAT AND TASTE THE SALTWATER! Haha! BUT BUT BUT! I totally hate the fact that I keep getting blisters on my buttocks. ARGH! Stupid abrasions. The skins on both my butt cheeks TORE when we were at the 1500m mark of our first triangle. IMAGINE THE AGONY! THE PAIN! THE !@#!%^@#$!$ ! Plus ALL THAT SALTWATER! !@%!!@#$!% Still, the positive points overnumber the negative ones so yeah.

Past few days went fine. Been going late for OB tutorials and LOL doesn't like it. Trying to improve and reach punctually at 9. Oh yes, did I mention the Dragonboat Booth at our Ngee Ann Polytechnic Open House? Yeah, we got FIRST for the best decorated booth! Thanks to all those who contributed (not me)...

There weren't many people keen on joining Dragonboat, nor other CCAs for that matter. Guess it wasn't a day where many would appear for the Open House. If I'm not wrong, we had a total of 25 people who signed up actually... Let's see whether they will appear... Hehehe...

Was fun lah was fun lah... Being there at the booth was fun. Ah shall stop at that...

Back to the sea rowing session. Yeah did the sets and did the pull ups and I found out that I'm beginning to like WIDE ARM PULL UPS. Guess it's for the very reason that it looks good (?)... Gonna train up for it. Bathing was a torture. Lucky I bought the OpSite patches for the blisters so yeah it's covered up, water-proof as well... =D

Nothing much to say yeah. Was contemplating whether to buy THAT bag... $20. Hmm... Might drop by Bugis to check it out tomorrow. Oh, I'm also joining Surf 'N' Sweat with AH BLIAN! HAHA! Running 3km. Hais. Sian! HAHA~ =P

Looking forward to JUNE... Race... LOL. 67 minutes and the score remains.

Peace ouT.

18th January 2005

It's been a long time. Really lazy to do any update actually, if not for LORRY... Yeah, guess I gotta pick up from where I left off last time...

Nothing much to speak of actually. The days went on as usual. Skipping lectures and not doing tutorials. Kinda screwing up my poly life. Hope to spend the study break wisely and not let this semester go to waste... BSTATS SUCKS.

Nothing really to mention about. Perhaps sea rowing? Yeah. Thought that the big boat would be easier but hell was I wrong about it. Totally exhausted after the first triangle. And there was even a second one. Whoa. Never underestimate the amount of energy it takes to row either the big or small boat... Oh yah, got my dirty green Topman basic jersey already, finally had my size. Lol. Yah.

Oh yes. Guys if you are interested to download songs from the internet, do download this software and try it out: www.aresgalaxy.org . I think that's the link... If not just type Ares in your Yahoo! engine and search for it. Downloaded it one night and by the next day I already had 126 songs downloaded. Haha! Not sure if it is safe though... o_o

Okok. Gotta get back to Bstats tutorial now. Mr Ho found out that my work ain't mine and warned me about plagiarism. Wonder what am I gonna tell him later during tutorial... Bah. Good luck to me...

Peace ouT.

13th January 2005

Just finished my stupid MCI assignment... BORING! Damn that 800-word essay! Ah whatever. Just here to update a little on my life...

First sea rowing since don't know when. Felt real happy and joyous but the rain had to dampen my mood. Luckily, we were still able to row on that Saturday! HOORAH! Took a small boat and rowed the famous TRIANGLE. Wasn't as tired as I expected it to be, perhaps due to the twisting method Ah Huat taught us. Felt that I actually improved a little on my twisting, really threw my shoulders in front like nobody's business. Ryan told me I had to concentrate on the strength in the water. Wonder how can I improve my strength... Hmm...

Sunday was hell? Not quite sure. Went out with Hot Leong a.k.a Lorry to town to jalan jalan and met up with Treddy and Jas soon after. Did nothing much. Went down to Suntec together with Ronald for that stupid charity show. I know it was for a good cause but hey, it looked dumb lah. Waited there for like don't know how long before we could actually start doing the push ups but HELL NO, we had no air time at all, except for Ryan and Vivien! LOL! They made NPDB proud man! The bread and cakes were a little consolation to me at the end of the show... But still, it's dumb I feel.

Forgot to mention about some shit that happened on Saturday. "Abrased" my butt and blistered my right hand quite badly. Should have heard the screams in the National Stadium's toilet. Imagine all the salt water going into that open wound on your butt... YYYYYYEEEEEEOOOOWWWWWWCCCHHHHHHHH! That was how I felt. Haha. Luckily till now it has recovered very well, hopefully am able to row properly this Saturday. Should get a sponge or something... We'll see.

Guess there's nothing much for me to comment about already. Kinda enjoyed lessons lately for some reason. Oh yeah, I feel good too, good about... Shhhh. Lorry just told me to update because my blog's collecting so dude, here it is. Take it or leave it. Ah nothing much left.

PS: OWEN IS A WARRIOR! "I'm a warrior! Piss outside!" HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Peace ouT.

Friday Morning 070105

Haven't been updating for some time. Didn't know what to update about.

That Melissa posted my entry on her blog! Argh! Made me so embarassed sia, letting all your friends read. But it's good also lah, to show that we have made our friendship stronger than before and I'm sure that's a joyous thing to share with others!

Past few days have been just slacking in school doing nuts. Either I'm fidgeting with my laptop, or else I would be playing table tennis. Come to think of it, it's really VERY VERY FUN playing table tennis. Although my opponent has consistently been Wai Leong, but he has been a competitive one. We play and practise together, fine-tuning our moves and even trying to find new ways to kill each other! I must say that I have really improved quite some bit since playing with him. I guess with a little more time, we could be the best tag-team players in NPDB! LOL! =X

Other than that, just had my NAPFA today. Didn't really feel any good about it. 17 pull ups. 44 sit ups. 10.34 for 2.4km. Yeah that was about it. Pull ups could have been better I know. Sit ups decreased tremendously due to the new standard Derick set us. 2.4km, although it was an 11 second improvement from the previous test, I somehow felt that it could have been below the 10.30 mark. What a disappointment. From now on, I better concentrate hard on training my stamina. I LOST TO SHUN DE AND XIAO PANG! ARGH! BUEY GAN! x_X MUST WIN THEM BOTH! Lol~ Pool rowing was fine.

Sometimes I wonder, what's happening to me right now? I feel at a loss at times. I go to school everyday but don't seem to find the motivation to study. I prefer spending my time at the snackbar or in the gym or even playing table tennis. Don't really know what my grades are gonna be like until my first test which comes in like February? We shall see. For now, I better buck up and pull my socks up and push myself and whip myself and bla bla bla bla bla bla...

Yeah. One last note to Melissa, PLEASE AH! WE HAVEN'T TAKEN A PHOTO TOGETHER YET! BAH! YOU OWE ME ONE! Besides, I owe you one too! Lol. Real sorry for rejecting you on the Amazing Race thingy. Really sorry. =]

What more can I say... Hmm... Been wondering whether I should change my bag to a Nike sling bag, the kind that sports people usually carry... Hmm... Comments anyone? =D

AACEEGGHHIIIJKLNNNNRTUU <--- 3 names. =)

Peace ouT.

Dedicated to Melissa Tan Qi Hui

Alright I admit. I was supposed to have written this entry at like 1am this morning but sleep ensued me while I was studying Microeconomics so... Never mind... Anyways, here it is:

DEDICATED TO MELISSA TAN QI HUI =D

Let me see. Why do I have to write this entry specially for you? You see, it has been very long since we actually had a good chat and not only that, it took us a long time to bury the hatchet and be good friends again. Also, you actually talked quite some bit about me in your entries so yah, here's one for my special friend! =D

I've known this girl since the start of my polytechnic life, so to speak, because she was a girl who kept talking (???) to me on MSN (because I talked to her first). Wahahaha! I think we were the first 2 people who actually became friends as well as breaking the "boys-one-side-girls-another-side" barrier. We had quite a lot of fun chatting to each other till late and sharing secrets, although not many... =X Unfortunately, some incidents happened...

It was on this fine day when we were having Macroeconomics tutorial. I was happily teasing her for some reason and it all came down to a boiling point - When I threw her slipper away after taunting her. That almost marked the end of our friendship. From that day on, we were slowly drifting apart. The friendship that we once had was disintegrated. I was appalled. I didn't know what to do. No apology worked. I had to just let it be...

Furthermore, ever sinced I joined Dragonboat, the distance between us just grew wider and wider. We used to have mini class outings together, to town or wherever it may be. I do admit it was a bit boring, but then I knew you would liven up the atmosphere by pranking around with me. =) I remembered once where you actually had some Viriya Flag Day in Orchard and I went around looking for you. Hmm, why did I mention this? Actually no reason at all, it's just because I happened to remember it. =P

Ok, a little more info about how I picture you. Average girl. Average height. Short hair. Wears glasses. White! Looks sweet in a toga. SUPERB SINGING VOICE! Did I mention that she takes singing classes and SINGS AS WELL AS SUN YAN ZI! LOL! Nah I know you will deny it, but hey, your voice sounds great though! When will the next time come when you sing a song to us again? Really looking forward to it...

But luckily, after some time, somehow, our grudge began to dissolve... We became friends again! =D I really have no idea how we managed to settle the dispute but hey, we're back again! HEHE! Great to actually have you back as a friend. Really missed the times when we crapped together online and of course how I would prank you in class! Lalala...

Anyways, congratulations to you for graduating from LWSSOM! A great achievement there for you! May you fulfil great heights in the singing world! Happy New Year to you too! It's already 2005 and we have already been in the same class for 1 semester plus, hope that you'll have a wonderful year ahead~

Ok lah, think I type enough for you liao right? Hope you'll be satisfied with my lousy entry ok? =D PS: You know ah, I always wanted to talk to you one, be it casual or serious chat, but you just keep "ya ya ya" me or "ok lah ok lah" me, then I feel so left out sia. =( So please talk to me more ok? Hehe... OKOK! I SHALL STOP! bB~* =D

Peace ouT.

2005

HAPPY NEW YEAR! Shall kick start with events in January, then in chronological order...

January to May 2004
Seriously, all I can remember is that I was still working at the Singapore National Eye Centre... Great people I have met. Andy, Swee Kiang, Michelle, Mardinah, Mardiah, Uncle, Eileen and of course Auntie Diana! We were all part of the Medical Records Office, where we handled stuff on patients' medical records. Still remembered the times we lunched together and did our overtime, not to mention the times when I cocked up... =X Loved the environment there because the place was filled with WOMEN! LOL! Nah too old for me... No young chicks available there, only old ones... OOPS. There were the few exceptionals though... SNEC, a place I would surely remember and visit occasionally... HOPE TO SEE MORE BABES THERE IN FUTURE! =D

February 2004
YES YES YES! MY BIRTHDAY! But then, I CAN'T REMEMBER WHAT HAPPENED AS WELL! ARGH! All I know is that I turned 17... -_-"

March 2004
GCE 'O' Level results were released. Went back to school in my pink polo tee and jeans plus spiked hair. Man, was I the centre of attraction or what! Hahahahaha! Got a miserable 14 points for my L1R5 but what the heck, it was all I needed to enter Business Studies in Ngee Ann Polytechnic...

April to June 2004
Gonna combined these months together because I can't seem to have much to say about the happenings... Quit my job at SNEC in May. Total earnings = $5999.00? I think so... Hahahaha... Can't really remember... Oh yah, a sad thing happened as well. Broke up with my girlfriend in June... 9 months together and it had to end sadly. Never mind, life goes on yeah? There's still Ngee Ann Polytechnic what... =X I remembered an incident as well... My friend Zhi Yuan and I went cycling to Ngee Ann Polytechnic for our own orientation and happened to slack about the Sports Complex. That is where we saw the Dragonboat people doing their warm ups and push ups... MAN DID THEY LOOK erm... HOT? Lol. Saw only the guys I think... Perhaps preparing for the June Race. All the physical stuff they did surely made me wanna join that CCA as well... That mainly summed up these 3 months...

June to July 2004
A new phase in life has started. Ngee Ann Polytechnic. Had my orientation camp in school... Quite alright I must say. Glady Glady all the way! LOL. Got my books and stuff and met my new classmates. Cool. Met the lecturers and tutors as well... And if I'm not wrong I joined Dragonboat as well! Thanks to Tian Yin for pulling me in and then quitting halfway... -_-" Got on well with life at the start, till I learnt about skipping lectures...

August to December 2004
Shall try to summarise all the happenings in this 5 months. Got to know more of the Dragonboaters as well, mostly the juniors... Odel seemed to be the first person I talked to most. Other than her name being uniquely unique ( -_-" ), she has quite some character as well... Erm ok I shall stop ranting on about her... =P I remembered suffering in the first few trainings, not being able to do push ups, can't catch up during the campus runs and also the pull ups too! But as time went by, I managed to improve! Most commentable was my 2.4km run which improved from 12:22 to 10:21! WOOHOO! =D

Other than that, it was basically training and gymming and training and gymming. Was fortunate to have met my gym kakis, Owen, Shun De and Wai Leong. Loved to be in their company in the gym because they would push each of us on and thus we were improving day by day. Even now we still gym together~ WE WILL DO OUR BEST FOR NPDB!

The most unforgettable event for this year-end has to be Singapore River Regatta 2004. It has been a memorable experience where NPDB has faced many setbacks. However, what has happened has happened. At least we managed to salvage 2 bronze plates for ourselves! =D May we do better in the future! I'M SURE WE WILL! One more thing Ryan said which rang in my mind, "Forgive but never forget...". This will remain in me till the end of my Dragonboating life.

Penang was yet another time for NPDB to rejoice and recuperate from the loss at Regatta. We managed to earn back 1 gold, 1 silver and 2 bronzes! WOOHOO! Was so glad to actually see ourselves win that many medals! May we prosper further in future events like SAVA and JUNE RACE!

End.

What has been written above has been a brief summary of what has happened in 2004. I know I have left out quite some bit but it doesn't matter. Let bygones be bygones and let us welcome the new year. Been looking forward to 2005 because that means I will be 18 and muahahaha... May everyone continue to have a great year ahead and may NPDB ROCK THE DRAGONBOAT WORLD IN 2005! TILL 2005, JINZAOTEH! =D

Peace ouT 2004.

New Year's Eve 2004

Alright a final entry before my the end of a wonderful year. Perhaps not. This shall just be an update of my life. I'll write another entry to conclude my 2004 though... Later.

Let's see. This week was nothing much. Had trainings as per normal. But today's training was hell as we had to run campus once, ran the track once, ran the campus reverse route once, ran the track once and then half the campus again! MAN IT WAS HELL! Hahahahaha... But I liked the feeling though, once you have accomplished it, it seems that a burden was lifted off your shoulders. =D That was basically the tough part of training... Other times seem normal. =P

And yeah, if you guys don't know, I have been playing some mahjong these past days. Wai Leong, Owen and Jun Wei were my kakis. Location was based at Wai Leong, I mean Hot Leong's house. We have been practising and learning new stuff ever since we've been there. Hot Leong's mother patiently taught Owen how to play while I absorbed newer knowledge of how to game. It has overall been a fruitful experience going to his house! =D

Oh did I mention I finally got my CLUBBING GEAR? Lol. I got this long-sleeved shirt from Topman plus a pair of Nike Air Force One's from Lefoot. Total damage: $262. Haha! Felt quite satisfied though getting those stuff... =D One thing to wonder, how do you pronounce Lefoot? Is it "Lef Foot" or "Le Foot"? Give it a thought... I think it sounds French though. Yeah that's about all I've gotta say for the moment. Gotta get some rest and then wrap up my year in tomorrow's entry. Till then, seeya dudes!

People always talk about HEY OH HEY OH HEY OH!

Peace ouT.

Hmm...

Actually, come to think of it, this year's Christmas is B O R I N G. =D

Christmas.

Merry Christmas everybody! It has been a year since 25th December 2003. Many things have changed. But Christmas is still Christmas! Had the fortune to celebrate it with Owen, Wai Leong and Jun Wei... ON THE MRT! LOL!

Met up with them at town first to collect Owen's presents. Crowd was a killer. Ren Shan Ren Hai. Shui Xie Bu Tong. Chuan Liu Bu Xi. Hahahaha... Then after walking around a little, we headed off to Ken's. Didn't really stay there for long because the bus ride to his house from town was like 1 hour plus?! Celebrated Ashley's birthday, ate a little and off we went.

Did the unexpected. We laid on the road doing push ups while someone took pictures of us! MAN IT WAS RANDOM! Way cool man. Noticing we had not much time left, we hitched Giap's ride, thinking he would go down to town immediately... Only to find out he wasn't. LOL. Had to settle for the MRT instead. AND YES, WE CELEBRATED CHRISTMAS ON THE MRT! What a way to spend Christmas! Hahahahaha... So we did make our way to town while Jun Wei met his friends at Esplanade.

Don't want to elaborate much on the details in town because it's quite boring... -_-" Just know that we made a couple of new friends, namely Li Lin a.k.a Snoopy and Minyi. Spent our night eating supper at Glutton's Square and oh, did I mention Shyam joined us too? Yeah man that was about it. After the girls left, we just slacked at the steps of IndoChine waiting for the first trains or buses and off home we went.

HOHOHO... I think things are getting interesting as I grow older. The stuff that I have more access to. Been looking forward to the time I hit 18. Wonder what things might happen then... Strangely, studies flood my mind now. It seems to be telling me to get your studies on track first before doing anything stupid. Lol. Shall see about it.

Things are changing. Have I changed? How about U? Life goes on.

Peace ouT.

Christmas Eve

Welcome welcome welcome! As promised, I am going to do an update of my life! Guess most of you people have been longing to know what has happened to me aye? (Yeah right.) Well wait no more, for I'm going to unravel the happenings of my life!

It has been 2 weeks since I last updated. Honestly speaking, I didn't have much to update about. Days after Penang were rather routine. One thing to note was that SCHOOL WAS REOPENED! I was introduced to the new semester and yeah of course, new modules. All I can say that my timetable is pretty slack compared to other friends and I HAVE GOT MISS THEA GOH HWEE CHOON AS MY ORAL COMMUNICATIONS TEACHER! Can it get any better?! Perhaps it could, but this is the best that I can afford. =D The lectures are still pretty boring but one fact I like about the new semester is that all my tutorials are based at Block 72, which means that I do not have to walk all the way to Block 50 to have my lessons. Hoorah! Yeah basically this is all I have to say about my academic stuff... -_-"

Other than academic stuff, I guess you all would have realised that it would all have to be about DRAGONBOATING! What a boring life you might say, study then dragonboat, dragonboat then study, but that's the life I like! =D It has all been trainings and trainings and trainings after Penang. Training with the usual, Owen, Wai Leong and Shun De. Cool companions to have while gymming. Each of them pushes the other party and the middle guy, me, stands to gain that little as well... Hehehe... Just love them! (No gayness here.) We did hell lot, gymming and running... All to prepare for the upcoming training that was about to begin...

And there, on Tuesday, dragonboat training resumed! We were all so ready to get back to the team and meet the familiar faces, do the usual warm ups and whack the usual gym! How were we to know that a "we-thought-it-was-long-distance-running" plan turned out to be our NAPFA TEST instead! Hell it was such a shock to us! But then, results were as follows: Pull ups 18, Sit ups 55 and 2.4km run, 10:45. Pull ups did increase a little but the 2.4km run dropped by 24 seconds. What to do? I guess it has to be associated with the Law Of Demand I guess... =P However the rest of the training was alright, had a gym session where we did our weights. Pretty relaxing I must say... After that was off to KAP with some guys and then back home!

Shan't comment on Wednesday... As for today, Thursday that is, had our training as usual. Did only 50 push ups for warm up, felt kind of strange. It was as if Derick couldn't take it himself for some peculiar reason... Lol. Did a Kismis run after that. DEADLY! I was like dying off in the starting part but luckily, after some time, my legs got warmed up and then the run became SIMPLER... Did pool rowing afterwards and off to KAP again for dinner before heading straight home... This would then lead to a night I would never forget...

12am in the night, received an SMS from Owen saying that Cocco Latte was not checking people's IDs. Time to rock and roll. Picked a shirt and pants and off I went for my first ever clubbing experience. Dad had the kind heart to drive me to the place where I then met Owen, Ervin and Iggy before entering Cocco Latte.

Place was packed. Cigarette smoke, dry ice, cool chicks. HELL YEAH! Made my way up the spiral staircase after payment and boy was it a scene to ROCK! People were dancing up and down all over the dancefloor. Can't help but notice those hot chicks shaking and grooving around to the rhythm of the DJs. I knew I had to get myself involved in this or I surely would regret. Did dance around a little. Didn't dare do much because of unfamiliar territory but this was soon to be abolished.

When Shyam came along afterwards, hell broke loose. I danced myself CRAZY and just moved like no one else's business. Everyone in my path was swept aside and I was perspiring like someone running around campus! Chicks were all over the place. Had the opportunity to meet Faith, Darren and his friend Janet as well. PAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRTTTTTTTTTYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY! Wahahahahahahaha! Had a Vodka Sprite together with Iggy and back to the dancefloor we went. Didn't have the chance to pick any girls but what the heck, it was my virgin experience to a club so save it for next time... =) It was not long before we reached the last song which happened to be Hey Ya! Man this was the highlight of the night man. Should have seen the way I danced like a monkey! Frankly speaking, MVP for that song goes to ME! Hahahahahaha! Ask around man, I'm sure there wasn't anybody better. =P Owen had the luck of picking up a chick but who cares hahahaha... And so the night ended at 3am.

Walked outside and waited for a cab with Shyam and Iggy. Ervin and Owen made their way home together. And here I am typing this stuff out to you people. Not sure if it is sufficient for you guys but hey, an update's an update! Hope to go clubbing more often in the near future! Can't wait for the next time! To the hottest groove songs and the HOT CHICKS out there! BETTER BEWARE BECAUSE KOK YI WILL BE THERE! Muahahahahahaha!

PS: Merry Christmas Eve! =D

Peace ouT.

Eve of Christmas Eve

Feeling Christmassy everyone? It has been days past our Penang Trip and I haven't blogged a single stuff about it. Well, I guess I didn't have to, since many others have already blogged the experience down. Perhaps I should just give a brief description of my own... =D

First day was the trip there, stopped by at Yong Peng for some break. Ended up leaving there late because the other bus broke down. Bah. Sat alone behind Hot Leong and Owen. Bumpy yet peaceful ride I must say. Can't remember much except that we checked in to the hotel damn late because of the mishap and that the day was ruined. A FULL DAY OF SHOPPING! ARGH! Room mate was Shun De. =) Room 2802. =D Yeah, end of day one.

Second day was training day I guess. Cool dam. Water was damn fresh. It's like when it splashes up to you, you can just drink it... =D Rowed a few sets using the A-GO-GO paddles (Note: They are paddles from Penang, small blade. -_-). Was cool. Enjoyed the session thoroughly.

Third day was Race Day. Picked our spot and laid our stuff. NPDB was all set for the races. Weather was good. Water was good. Boat was good. People were good. ALL WAS GOOD! Did very well for the races. 1st for Under 20 20-Men Crew, 2nd for Under 20 12-Men Crew, 3rd for Opens 20-Men Mixed and 3rd for Opens 12-Men Mixed. This should guarantee our next batch of going to Penang next year! REJOICE! =D

Last day (If I'm not wrong), we went back. Yah, enjoyed the ride back as well, cheered and cheered. I actually lead the pack in some shouting shit, where I imitated Ryan and Derick and even Ah Huat! Jian Sen and Oliver were also not spared! Wahahahahaha... Damn funny lah, if only everyone was on the bus~ Arrived in Singapore at about 2230 hours. Dad fetched me home.

Bought mainly food stuff from there because there wasn't many interesting things for me to purchase, sadly. Tao Sha Piah, Banana Chips, Sweet Potato Sticks, Jackfruit Chips just to name a few, actually, ALL. Hahahaha... Yeah. Fruitful trip I guess. Would like to thank Ah Huat, Derick and Ryan for giving me the privilege to go there... =D Definitely looking forward to go there again next year!

That mainly sums up my trip to Penang I guess. Not that detailed. It's my blog anyways. Muahahaha... Ok, after Penang, it means I gotta return to school. Guess I'll update again some other time. Feeling lazy now.

Peace ouT.

Last Penang Training

Yoyoyoyoyo... Back home. Duh. Just had my last training before we head off for Penang. It was pretty much alright. I had some mistakes that needed to be corrected, namely twisting my wrist when recovering and twisting out more to the front. Man have these problems been haunting me for some time...

Brought some Replace down to the boat with me and yeah, it did provide the necessary help when i was totally shagged out. It did boost my performance somehow, or perhaps it could be my mentality? Lalala... Training ended at around 7 and after a bath, a couple of guys and I headed down to Town for dinner.

Burger King seemed quite satisfactory for dinner, although I could have gobbled down another Mushroom Swiss or Whopper... Muahahaha! Had to restrain myself from doing so. Had Famous Amos for a substitute. Afterwhich we headed to Heeren to hang out for a while. Before long, only 3 of us were left. Yong Quan, Joyce and I then decided to chill out at Starbucks near California Fitness. Had some conversation and off home I went.

Talking about conversations, I think that it's such a pleasurable thing to do. Don't get me wrong, but I really do like talking about stuff and yeah, just talking. It seems to relieve quite a lot of stress or fatigue, whatever it is, simultaneously enriching one's self about others. It allows us to get a deeper understanding of others and probably situations around us. Coupled with an Ice Mocha or your favourite drink, I can pretty much say it's one of the leisures to indulge in. So if YOU would like a talking partner, do find me to go out with. I would gladly oblige and open up my world (bla bla bla -_-") to you... =D

Peace ouT.

Shutter

Was Thursday since I last blogged. Had no motivation to do so. I wonder... It seems that a new phase of my life has begun, don't know how to describe it, just new. Let's see what my life has been like the past few days...

All I could remember was, gym, training, gym, training and training training training. That's basically it. Dragonboat has been part of my life. It seems that everything about me revolves around it. Have been training for Penang at Kallang recently and well, I guess I can't really judge whether we did perform well during trainings... Must give a hand to the seniors who did the standing row, cool...

A must mention, went to the GNC Warehouse Sale together with gym dudes Shun De, Owen and Ervin. Bought quite a lot of stuff, MyoPro Whey, Horley's Replace, Amino Acid 1800 and GlycerLean, all in quantities of 2. There was a huge discount lah, minimum 55%, not purchasing any stuff would seem to me like a wasted trip there. Total damage to pocket, $238.05. I guess this should be a worthy investment... =D

Highlight for Sunday was definitely the Liverpool match against Arsenal. STUNNING! Mellor was one dude my elder brother had totally underestimated throughout the entire match until the 92nd minute... LOL! BREATH-TAKING! His goal was MAGNIFICENT! Lehmann had NO CHANCE! WOO! Yeah, other than that, it was the fact that I fell at Kallang and kinda cut my left foot, around the ankle area. Quite deep I guess. Gonna take some time to heal... BETTER BE QUICK! =D

Been doing nothing lately. Monday has just passed. Shutter was a good show. Recommend it to anyone. I want to catch Saw. Penang's approaching! My bank is low in cash. Ah. Guess I'll stop here. Nah. Suddenly remembered how fun it was hanging out with my past classmates... Missed those times. Ok I will stop here. No, HERE! Nah, I prefer there. ALRIGHT HERE!

Peace ouT.

6A99

Well just felt like blogging all of a sudden, no reason why. Was suppose to have supper with my elder brother but I guess he has to accomodate to his computer stuff first.

Had training yesterday. Felt real good since it has been a long time we trained in school. Loved the warm up. Loved the gym session even more. 3 sets of endurance was one heck of an arduous task but who cares, MENTAL SPEAKS! Hahaha... Did a little pool rowing afterwards and Ah Huat called it a day. Dined at KAP and soon it was off home.

Today was quite a day though. Met up with 3 of my 6a'99 dudes, namely Joel, Catherine and TAM TAM! Hahahahahaha! Yeah man, been such a long time since I went out with them, something like 1 year? Had our lunch at Holland Village Burger King before we actually went to Starbucks to chill. We chatted quite a bit, actually, I crapped mostly. Even though it was a small quartet, but I felt real glad that we still keep in contact with each other. May we have more gatherings in future! Anxious to see how my primary school classmates look like now~ =D

Been thinking about stuff as well. Been thinking. And thinking. And still thinking. Guess I'll just keep thinking then...

Peace ouT.

POST REGATTA

Warning: Long long long entry. Please be prepared.

3 very fruitful days have passed. Moments that I will remember my whole life. Tragic events that happened. Glorious moments we felt. Joyous times spent together. All in just 3 days.

Singapore River Regatta 2004. I felt confident and full of vibe the first day, although I woke up late... =X I was packed with vigour and strength, ensuring myself that WE were going to achieve great heights this race. After a phototaking session, the TEAM headed to the temple to pray and soon after had breakfast. We then headed down to put our bags down and readied ourselves for warmup.

Actually, I don't feel like re-itinerating the stuff about the races because I think many others have already mentioned them, thus not needing me to mention them as well. In addition, I do not want to mention the sad stuff that day. I prefer more to emphasize on the HAPPY ones. =D

It all boiled down to the 2nd day. I was early this time around. We repeated the same procedures as the day before and yes the races began. Was proud that our girls' team managed to both get into the semi-finals of women's opens and team b guys for getting into the semis as well. Luck was not on our side, but both girls and guys got into the plate finals of the opens. And yes! WE did manage to earn 2 bronze plates! WOOHOO! Congrats to both the teams man! Was so overjoyed that WE could get the prizes! Although this Regatta ain't the best we had, one warning goes out to everyone else: NPDB WILL BE BACK!

What I felt most heartwarming was the fact that once the men's plate finals were over, our whole team came together and jumped about shouting out "Ngee Ann! Ngee Ann!". It was such an impactful and marvellous sight. It encumbered a sense of team bonding and strength that no other word can really describe. At that moment, I felt so glad to be part of NPDB. I'm sure no team could have matched that bond that WE had. 80 souls and 1 heart on fire. That is what WE are. Tough lessons have been learnt in this race. WE must amend our mistakes and prove ourselves better in future races. WE will not let our seniors down. WE will do the school proud. WE will continue the legend. WE are NGEE ANN POLYTECHNIC DRAGONBOAT TEAM!

More of what happened today, or yesterday. Had our race dinner at the Grand Copthorne. It was a good one. Can't really resist the mouth-watering SAMBAL PRAWNS! Yum yum yum! I think it was the first time I ever ate that many prawns. =D Played some games as well, had tons of fun sabo-ing people and such... Muahahahaha! BUT, also got sabo-ed... -_-" After that sumptuous dinner, a group of us made our way down to Party World to karaoke! Quite fun lah considering the fact most of us were singing with sore throats and bla bla bla... Not to mention the fact that Ah Huat can sing sia! Wahahahaha~ Enjoyed myself thoroughly...

Not much could be said lah. Looking forward to training at 5.30pm later. Penang Penang Penang. Aiming to do well there... WE shall see~ =D Jinzaoteh~

Peace ouT.

PRE REGATTA 2004

It has been a long time hasn't it? Sorry to keep you guys waiting for this entry but I've been real busy during this period... Guess I'll start the ball rolling then~

So what have I been busy about lately? Well some of you would have already known, I got a job at Motorola, 3rd shift that is, which means I probably transformed into a night owl. Thanks to Odel and Valerie for being there with me, I really appreciate their company. =) Working there did seem a bit interesting at the start because I was introduced into unfamiliar territory but soon I found out that it all seem pretty simple doing the stuff. Labelling, tearing plastics, that was mainly my job, kind brainless I might say. They paid pretty measly but I think it would do.

Made some friends there as well. They were quite a cool bunch there at Line 8 and boy were they hilarious. We tried means and ways to chao keng and such and I had hell lots of fun with them. Sad enough, I left Motorola already because of other priorities... (Hehehehe...)

Working made me realise a couple of things. It ain't easy to earn money. You really gotta slog it all out for just that few dollars. Worse part of it was to go for training right after work. It really required proper organising of time and pure mental strength to be able to accomplish that. I've been through that, so I know. How about others? How do you feel? Give it some thought. The next thing I realised was how harsh working life is. Anytime the button is pushed, you would be excused from work immediately. This happened to a couple of guys at Line 7 one day. Made me realise what a vulnerable position we (Part-timers) were in. Cherish your stay man... Besides, I'm getting my pay soon... MONEY! =D

Some interesting to mention during the past period. Our junior guys clocked 119 for a 300m pacing with the seniors. We beat SAFSA as well in one of the pacings (Although I seriously think they did not put in their full effort). I BLEACHED MY HAIR AS WELL! ASH SILVER! =D

Now for the main event. For all you dragonboaters out there, the moment has come. Singapore River Regatta 2004 is just hours away. For most of you, I'm pretty sure you must be nerve-wrecked and aren't able to take your 40 winks. As for me, I'm just gonna sleep right after this entry. =) After months of torturous trainings and gruelling under-the-hot-sun rowing sessions, it all boils down to this race. We must prove our potential and strength in this race and not let our past seniors down.

I am ready for this race. My mentality is set that we should only aim for nothing less than GOLD! I want that medal badly, even though I am only in the first year. I feel the passion within me dying to embrace that medal. What about you? Are you hoping just to get a medal of any colour? I hope you share the same sentiments as I do... Not only that, I want to win this race for the seniors, especially the year 3s, who have put in so much effort and time for us. We can't possibly let them down at this point in time for this could be their last race. If we win this medal, it will be for THEM! Let Ngee Ann Dragonboat Team rock this Regatta! We shall not bow our heads in defeat! We shall fight on and bring back glory for the TEAM! 24 hearts and 1 burning soul, that is what we are going to have on the day itself. MAY OUR BURNING SPIRIT LEAD US TO BE THE CHAMPIONS! LAI AH! NGEE ANN! SA! NGEE ANN! SA SA! NGEE ANN! SA SA SA!!!!!!

Race plan:
First 6 Long and Hard
Next 20 Twist at 75 to 80 strokes per minute
Following that maintain long pull at 70 to 75 strokes per minute
Up 10 at 200+m when coxswain calls for it
CHARGE WITH ALL OUR MIGHT!

Hmm...

Just to tell you guys out there, I might not be blogging that often because I don't think I have much time. Managed to get this free time now to update... A few things worth mentioning these past few days are as follows.

Sea rowing on Saturday was quite normal. I think the junior guys are somewhat improving bit by bit... Yeah. After rowing, we went to erm... Suntec to eat. With Odel, Gareth, Giap and gang... Had the Korean Hotplate... Then we went to dance DDR later. Boy, I danced till my shit came out man. As in seriously it did. But still, it was damn fun lah. I think it was worse than campus run. Should have seen the amount of perspiration I had... Went to CHIJMES later with Odel. First time I went there, didn't know how it looked like from the inside. After just spending a little time, we went home.

Sunday was terrible, in my aspect. Rowing was bad bad bad. Really have got to sharpen the commands of the coxswain and the mentality of the boat. Just couldn't do it lah don't know why. What's worse, I didn't get selected to go to Penang. Damn. That's for hoping too much at the start bah. Never mind, hope to get in because there are still 2 more available slots for guys... I WANT THAT PLACE!

Headed to Beach Road to lunch with William, Ryan, Henry and Yong Quan. Was cool sitting in the van. Shopped around the army market as well... Now I know where it actually is man! Wahahaha... Moreover, the stuff there is really really cheap. ^_^ Later on, we picked up a few others and went to get stuff for Henry's BBQ.

Yes we BBQ-ed. Although we had only very few variety, it was still an enjoyable one. Played mahjong from 11pm till 7 in the morning. WHOA! That was like sick man! Then we played again from 1pm till 7pm. Hell! Hahaha... Great mahjong kakis, Odel the MENTAL MAHJONGER, Yong Quan the PLAY BIG MONEY FELLA and Treddy the TONG MAN. Hahaha! Great fun playing with those dudes, though I think I lost some money... =D

Yeah these few days were quite up up down down but then, nothing else matters! Life goes on lah, can't want everything the way I want them to be. LAI! WORK HARD FOR REGATTA! Push on man! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Trainings remaining: 5 (Including today)

Peace ouT.

7 more to go...

Ok Odel, here's the update that u want...

Kinda forgot when I last updated. Oh yes. Didn't catch ANY soccer at all. Just went to sleep that night. Going out with R&B was cool, hell lot of fun man... Rowing was pretty much alright. Actually, I forgot all about it already... EH! I remember! No, I don't. Shit.

Thursday was a bit different. Rained and rained and rained. Waited till 5.30pm before we could actually start rowing. It was only for a little while, even got a feel of the seniors' boat. The feeling there was so unlike the juniors' boat. One has gotta be in the boat to feel the difference man... Had dinner later at Geylang. Yeah man. GEYLANG! Went with Ryan, Gareth, Giap Seng and Henry and his girlfriend. Ate the claypot rice there, 2 large to be exact, $18 per large. Whoa. That was surely a lot of rice. Then after eating some $1 durians (which I didn't eat), we headed home.

And as for Friday. Slept till quite late before meeting Shyam in Orchard. We were gonna head down to Henry's chalet. It was kind of like a hmm... "prison cell". Had little amenities and such. But then, we could PK! =D Was quite fun lah... Not bad. Dang I couldn't climb the star made of ropes, the one they have at playgrounds. Too fat? Hahahaha... Slacked around at the place till 10 plus 11 before Derick drove Odel, Ryan and me for some supper at Changi Village. Yes we did see a number of transexuals... Hmm... Yah. Then home home home...

Wonder what makes them want to become one. They don't like girls? They have more feminised brains? They would love having sex with guys? Just for fun? Hmm... I wonder...

Trainings remaining: 7

Peace ouT.

Beheadings!

Wahahahahaha... Caught quite a number of beheading videos... ALL FROM IRAQ THAT IS! Man, are those dudes ruthless man... Some of them were quite pathetic in that they couldn't sever the head in a slick manner. Guess it's the spinal column that posed as the major problem in decapitating... Sad for the dudes who got their heads chopped off... PS: Fastest beheader goes to that fella who sliced off that Korean guy's head! Less than 5 seconds if I'm not wrong...

Enough of that gory shit I guess. Well guess what, there was no soccer yesterday and I did not watch the beheading videos as well. Bah. Only did that today... And yes we had training in school. Campus run becomes seemingly simpler as the day passes and I wonder why... Was damn disappointed during "monkey bar pull up". I knew I could complete it, but HELL to those slippery bars and my sweaty palms. ARGH! Could only complete it on my fourth attempt with the help of William's gloves (Thanks dude!).

Gym session ain't any better. Same 3 cycles as the previous week. Died out on the 2nd. 3rd was a killer. Damn it what's happening man... Regatta's approaching and this shit happens? WTF?

My right hand's fourth finger. Don't know how I got hurt there. Could have been Seh Meng's paddle hitting it when it broke... I don't know. Just hate this injury man. It's giving me hell of a headache. Can't do pull ups properly, can't row properly, what more man... PLEASE FINGER! I BEG YOU TO RECOVER ASAP! PLEASE!

Rowing session tomorrow. Gonna try out some proper first 10s. Before that would be a slacky "sian chai" session with R&B... Wahahaha... And now, SOCCER! I'm sure they have it now on tv... Tralalalala...

Peace ouT.

Crash at Shyam's

Hmm... Just thought of watching some beheading videos... Perhaps I'll download them later and watch... Hehehe!

Had rowing sessions on Saturday and Sunday, can't really remember much for Saturday's one... Except for that incident... We were suppose to have a race against National Team, NUS and if I am not wrong, SAFSA as well. I was lucky enough to get selected to row and man did I feel GOOD! But then, hais... There wasn't enough boats for the teams and thus we had to cancel the race. What a wet blanket! Was really damn disappointed man and I still owe Wai Leong the free 6-inch Subway shit. Bah!

Sunday was better. Had mix team training. Had to sit together with the centre pack man. Wah zan, so not used to that position lor. -_-" No choice lah so sit there lor... Rowed and rowed. Lost the first few sets. That kept me scratching my head... Until we changed boats. Realised our boat was the heavier one, that's why we lost... Yeah, that's about it.

We had quite a food fest on that day itself. I ate my usual Tori-Q and Takopachi meal at Bugis Junction while the rest ate at the food court. Afterwhich, we went to Jasmine's house, en route to Shyam's house that is. Saw Xiao Bai, the overgrown hamster or small rabbit... -_-" Humongous man the guinea pig, LOL. Went to Shyam's house later and had Canadian pizza. Slacked around while his cute and annoying younger brother mischievously fooled around like an energizer battery... At about 10, we went to CHOMP CHOMP and ate some stuff. I think we were kind of mad to have ate the whole day...

Crashed over at Shyam's place. Woke up in the morning and went for the job interview with Odel. Guy said he will call us back some time later... -_-" Yeah, that was pretty much it. Guess I shall go catch some Champions League action soon, or perhaps some beheadings! =D

Peace ouT.

First week of IT.

Sorry ah Jasmine, didn't update lately... And to all others there, sorry as well. Just didn't feel like updating for some reason or another. Perhaps due to the uneventful life I'm having now...

Here it is. 5 days a week, 4 rowing sessions. I hate to say this but it is really getting kind of lifeless having to train and row and train and row. Even so, it's for a good cause because REGATTA is approaching! Yeah, had trainings on Wednesday and Thursday. Rowed at Kallang. Was pretty alright... Junior boat has gotta really work hard on our strokes in order to win the seniors boat man... Oh yah, congrats to Seh Meng for breaking a paddle. Yes you saw it right, HE BROKE A PADDLE! Hahaha... How I wish I could do that... But then, what for?

Had fun before trainings as well, went out with Henry, Treddy, Leo, Ryan, Wai Leong and William before rowing. Jalan jalan at Orchard and we even managed to get a girl's number! Lol. Actually was mainly Wai Leong and Henry's effort. Good job guys. =P And yes, gonna have rowing later on.

Caught EUROTRIP just only... HILARIOUS I must say. Liked the plot as well... Michelle Trachtenberg is like WOOT! Yeah was she great man, even better than Kirsten Kreuk... =D Yeah.

Lalalalalala... Finger hurts, right hand fourth finger. To add to that, my left wrist area kinda hurts a little too. Don't really wish to get so many injuries during this intensive period... Been thinking of stuff lately too. What to do with life... See how lah, hope to get the job at Motorola! And yah, apologise here officially to u, ODEL, for u know what lah hor. Will redeem myself on Monday... Ok done blogging.

Peace ouT.

POST CAMP POST

To my faithful readers, I apologise for this late late late entry... Gonna use training camp as an excuse though... Hehehehe~ Without further adieu, I shall unwrap the story of my first Training Camp...

Not sleeping the day before the camp didn't help that much. After putting our stuff in the karaoke lounge, it was off to a warm up and then a run at Rifle Range. Strange to say, I kinda like to run there... It's so like "close to mother nature". LOL... Me and my crap. Yah lah, then after that did pull ups and had our brunch before heading off straight to Kallang. Rowing was fine, but still did not manage to beat the seniors' team lah. Sad case. Never mind... After rowing, went back to school in our wet clothes and did some conditioning, lead by our dear coach Ah Huat. Soon it was time for dinner and after a shower, we went to LT73 to have some talk by Ah Huat. It lasted till about 930pm, then me and gang headed off to buy some titbits from Shell. At 11, LIGHTS OUT! That was the first day...

Woke up at 7am and did our usual warm up at 8. Did our campus and then pull ups again before whacking the gym... Haha, we guys had the opportunity to play some water sports man... Boy was it fun! And man, can Owen and Clive swim... =P After lunch, headed to Kallang again and did our rowing. Finally, we were able to beat the seniors in our last set of 500m. Hehehehe! But then later, I got pulled out from the boat to row in the smaller one... No idea why also. Lala, after that go back school and had a mini telematch. Apologies to Thipa and Jessica because I really perspired A LOT... You guys can go figure the rest... Yah that was about it and after taking a bath, went to KAP to eat and off to home~

Enjoyed the training camp tremendously. Aching everywhere was a good sign I must say. It never felt so good to ache! Hahaha... Looking forward to the upcoming intensive trainings man. Got to improve progressively... ALL FOR REGATTA!

That was the camp. Today leh, did campus circuit and gym. This time we whacked 3 cycles in a row. It was quite a killer... Then did some pool rowing and they called it a day. Tried on the race tee as well, cool. Looks kind of like a wet suit... See how lah hor. Dinner at Al Azhar was cool. Now back home, feels more comfy. =D Okok, enough of this shit. 14 more trainings to go... CHIONG AH!

Peace ouT.

Dragonboat Camp

Here here here! 6am in the morning and I did not sleep a wink. What the hell is wrong with me... Insomnia? LOL! Nah... Perhaps it's the anxiety while waiting for camp... Bla bla bla...

Finished my POA paper on Thursday... Ah to hell with it. Shan't talk about papers when they finished. Went to find Shyam at the snackbar and chatted with him. Meanwhile, we also did some PK-ing of our own at the grandstand... Boy can he balance man! Get the right shoes dude! Odel came to join us later at 1 plus and we continued PK-ing. What to do, no more papers left what... Wahahaha... And yes, I managed to clear the bench... Muahahaha! That was about it for that day, went off with Shyam at about 6. Slacked and slept. Pang seh-ed Henry and Thomas for cycling. Real sorry dudes...

Friday was so uneventful. Whole day at home. And that's where I am right now. Duh. Just played CS the whole day and that was it. Looking forward to the camp... AHHHH! Why haven't I slept?! Think I shall catch some rest on the bus later... Finished half of my POA revision. Watching the repeat of Liverpool and Deportivo. Waiting for AC Milan against Barcelona. It's a cool night, wonderful weather. It's so breezy up here on 9 storeys... Hehe...

Totally screwed Macroeconomics on Tuesday. Don't wanna further talk about it. When it's over it's over. Next please! Went home soon after the paper. It rained kinda heavily. Nice weather... =D Rotted and rotted the whole time.

Caught the Champions League matches on ESPN and STAR SPORTS and CHANNEL 5. Real's match was good, 1-0 it ended. Felt the pain for Ronaldo when the freekick whammed straight into his balls... Ouch. Bought Tuna and DNA Vodka during the halftime break. Slept after the matches ended, woke up at 4.30pm.

Woke up without an aim. POA is like my last paper and I kinda said that I would spend the time studying but... Hmm... Worked out from 7.30 to 8.30. Watched the new Channel 8 drama. At least they have younger actors and actresses in the shows... Babes! Wahahaha...

Can't wait for tomorrow to end. Will enjoy myself thoroughly when it's over. Soccer, cycling and of course DRAGONBOATING! Received that mail from Ah Huat regarding Regatta... Thanks coach! Time to start working hard and pushing further... Continue the LEGEND...

Peace ouT.

Macroeconomics

Hais... 10 minutes before I'm getting ready to go for my Macroeconomics test... I still have like 1 more topic to cover and it's the topic that I did not attend the lecture or tutorial one... Boring. I wonder where do I actually find time to write all these man... -_-"

Monday: Woke up at 1 plus. Went to school at 2 plus and gymmed with Yong Quan and Wai Leong. Afterwhich I went PK-ing with Odel... Nothing much lah. Realised when I got home that PK actually aches the ENTIRE BODY! Man, did I feel real shacked out when I got home man. I immediately changed clothes and fell asleep on my bed. Lucky I was in time to wake up to study through the night for my test...

Yah. Monday was such a short day. This entry is real short. Gotta now go through my last topic before I sit for the test. Don't know how it's gonna be like. Yeah haven't been updating because there was not much to talk about. Hey Jeff, didn't know you read my blog one... HEY THERE! Lol. Continue the good habit of yours...

Friday: No idea what I did that day. Hmm... What did I do... Erm... OH YES! Stayed home the whole time because I woke up kind of late. Studied for my Business Management exam the whole night. Yeah lor. Sian diao. Studied till the next day then went off to school... Uneventful day I must say.

Saturday: Went to school for the exam. 2 hour paper. Finished in an hour 15. Was not that difficult nor that easy, average I guess... Think it's because I never had a Business Management test before. After the paper, went to do gym alone after a campus run. Main event of the day: After gymming, I actually went around PK-ing! =D It was damn fun man, conquering all the obstacles... I almost PK-ed everything I saw, it was like so tempting to do vaults over the rails and such. I must still say that having to jump from LT25's HIGH PLACE is a VERY DARING AND GUTSY STUNT to attempt. Hats off to Odel for accomplishing it. I merely did the shorter version just beside it... =P Yeah, LT25, Block 44, 50, 53, 72, Convention Hall that grassy area and not forgetting Atrium's spiral staircase. Just to name a few places worth PK-ing... Can't wait to do it again. Yeah, after that off to home I went and slept till night time when I woke up and slacked. Watched Scary Movie in the late night and that was about it.

Sunday: Just went out with my younger brother and bought some stuff, a knee guard for my knee just for protection... Then went to Far East to eat that XXL Chicken Chop... Yum! ;) And now I am here, not sure whether to study anot. But heck with it, gonna play some game and then fall asleep I guess. Still a long night to come... Maybe I'll PK later? We'll see about that.

Till the next entry folks, TOODLELOO, ORUVUA, AOSEEYOUSENG, CIAO, JINZAOTEH! =D

Peace ouT.

PK Style

Alright guys, time to do a little update. Been busy with "stuff" recently so I guess I have to make do with an update every two days or something... Never mind. Let's kick things off...

Tuesday: Hmm... Strange enough, I kinda forgot what I did on Tuesday... Oh yah, went to collect my pay with Odel. Hung around in Orchard. Wanted to catch 2046 midnight movie at Cineleisure but that was never to be... So we had a little supper and continued walking. Ended up at Clarke Quay. Before that, we had a little PK at Fullerton area... Yeah, Clarke Quay. That's where our Regatta is gonna be. Sat at the bench, looked at the river and started imagining how Regatta is gonna be like. It's like approaching so quickly, don't even know what results we would get. Let the future decide for itself. Work hard for it man, that is all there is to it. Sat at a bench there till morning then got to the same bus stop as yesterday and we went our separate ways...

Wednesday: Oh yeah. I did not sleep. Went to school for BCA test. Boy was it simple or what (No offence to those who found it otherwise...). It was like an exact copy of the quiz we had! Ah geez. Met Wai Leong and Shyam at the poolbar after the test and we went for a little swim. After that, knocked out by the bench till 5. All of a sudden, many dragonboaters arrived because of some photo-taking session. Yah nothing much lah, did a little gym and then went to KAP to eat with Yong Quan, Li Nan and Jesline. Then got back home and caught Kill Bill Volume 2. Yeah it was cool, but somehow I preferred Volume 1...

Thursday: Woke up at 2 and went to school. Met a few people there and they were studying. Main objective was to PK NP... Odel came soon after and off we went. Sadly, she injured her leg the first jump she took. Thus, left only me to PK around... School compound was quite good leh. There were spots that were cool... Gonna find some more chances to PK... Went off later at about 7.30pm. Went all the way to Bedok there, where Odel lived, to PK. Did the carpark which was quite simple and had quite a tumble. Calves hurt. Ouch. Had dinner later. Hey hey, we also found Block 54's fitness ground. Man, PK paradise! The railings were awesome and it was like a PK gym to practise! Took a few shots with her camera... Yeah they looked good. =D Thanks for the shots ah, will improve my skills in the near future so can take better shots of u too... =P Yah and here I am at home lah.

The railings are getting a bit boring. I feel like trying higher places. PK-ing gives such an adrenaline rush to the body. The thrill is amazing. Someday, NP will be PK-ed and filmed. PK:NP.

Peace ouT.

Shangri-La AGAIN...

I'll try not to make this a long entry because I am still quite pissed with what happened the previous time... Short and sweet it will be.

Saturday: Sea rowing was average I guess, did the usual stuff. Only thing was that there wasn't enough Year 1s to fill up the boat. Sad case. Yeah. After rowing, a few of us guys hurried to PWD to wash up because we still had to report for work at Shangri-La Hotel. We were banqueteers. First ever experience serving people and clearing dishes and carrying food. It sure wasn't easy. With the help of group mates Sharil, Joanna and some China girl, it was quite alright the first night. Was involved in some DHL Annual Dinner and Dance. So that was it. First night over in quite a breeze. Island Ballroom settled.

After that, had supper with Odel and then caught a late movie, White Chicks... HAHAHAHA! Hilarious movie I must say! Let's go ShOpPiNg~* And man, who can forget Vannessa Carlton's A Thousand Miles after watching the show... If I could fall, into the sky... Hahahahaha~ Oh and did I mention that oysters were an aphrodiasiac? Lol... Went home after that and slept throughout.

Sunday: Worked at Shangri-La again. This time at Tower Ballroom. A wedding this time. Smaller place, lesser people, easier tasks. Grouped up with Fu Si, Kian Seng and some Myanmar girl. Job was simple. Learnt to carry the oval tray as well. At the end of the day, Vincent even taught us the use of the serving gear and said that it was something new we could learn. Yeah, 2 days passed quickly. Did spill some Tiger the day before but who cares. Alls well it ends well. Took a cab with Ling, Ronald and Jesline back home.

Working there was alright, except for some fucked up supervisors. Actually not very fucked up but yeah couldn't find a better adjective. Pay was ok, $7 an hour. Yah lah. Might consider going back there in the future, we'll see about that. Total earnings: $87.50. Done.

Monday: Missed the BCA exam because I was lazy to wake up thus I got an MC. Settled everything with Miss Chor so tomorrow will be the test at 10am. Trained with Shyam as well. Afterwhich, I went off with Yong Quan, Jesline and Li Nan to town to catch some dinner. Didn't know what's wrong with me, I kept shooting Jesline. Too bad for her then. =P After dinner, went to meet Odel to catch Resident Evil: Apocalypse at Plaza Singapura. Not bad lah the show, just that I find it quite stupid, the content that is. 3.5 upon 5 I guess.

After the movie, we went PK-ing around in Orchard. As for you guys who don't know what PK-ing is, it's Parkour, some sport which involves running around, climbing around and maybe even jumping from buildings to buildings. Yeah. Quite extreme I would say. We did Takashimaya, newbie style. But heck, we cleared it. =) Then went walking around, walked to Esplanade and rested. On the way there, explored some underground carparks, rested in front of monuments. Yeah. Then finally arrived at the bus stop in front of the NTUC Income building. Talked till bus 14 arrived and off home we went. Quite a day.

Slept till now lor. Could imagine what time I arrived home. Don't know if this would affect my biological clock and screw up my sleeping times but who cares. Oh yes, I think this entry would be considered short because I could have added more stuff to it but I'm lazy. Ah fuck it. Later.

Peace ouT.

...

Stupid blog got erased because I pressed the Back button. Clear both days once and for all.

Thursday: Was like any other day. Went to school, slacked at the snackbar with the dudes. Damn the school, shutting down the hall for one month because exams are approaching, disallowing me from playing table tennis and badminton. Boo. With that aside, then came the fitness test. I was pondering to myself whether I could actually accomplish the arduous tasks because of the sickness I had. On the contrary, I did 15 pull ups, 53 sit ups and got 10:21 for my 2.4km. Man was I glad that I had improved since the previous time, except for the sit ups that is... Beginning to feel more and more motivated to run faster each time for the 2.4km.

Then came pool rowing. Ah Huat never seems to show up for the guys' training for don't know whatever reason, perhaps it could be a reasonable one. Who knows? =P Jing Yuan took over as "coach" and we did the normal 50 strokes and he corrected our techniques. It always seems to be the same few mistakes which I make, gotta think of a way to correct them man... Yeah. This went on till about 8pm when we all ended our final land training before exams. It was closed with a sumptuous dinner at Al-Azhar, which wasn't exactly that sumptuous... Hahaha...

Home sweet home. Chilled out in my room as usual and watched Kill Bill Volume 1. It was a good show I must say, the storyline was exceptional but the blood effects were kinda... Fake. Quite obvious lah but it actually didn't matter because the story was good enough to cover it. Action sequences were good and damn that 10 seconds of film error in the show. Good good good. Anticipating Volume 2 which I already have... 7.5 out of 10. After the show, listened to a few songs and off to dreamland I went...

Friday: Woke up at 12:50. Off to school I went, in hopes of finding some people to either kick some ball or bounce some. To no avail (Because Odel was not in school with her Roteiro! Just joking... =P). Sat at the snackbar just as Jasmine and Ronald came. Went off later with Henry to have lunch with Yong Quan and the China Dolls at Canteen 2 (I already had Fan Choy and 2 Siew Mais...). After lunch, we went to the library to "study". Wanted to buy soccer boots and a soccer ball at Queensway one, but Yong Quan and the China Dolls didn't want to go. They preferred town instead. Henry was on the same side as me, but majority won I guess. Told my mum to deposit $150 in my bank but now it has to wait before being used at a later date (God knows when). I think I aim the T90III and T90 Swift. Should cost below $150 bah. Then the rest of the money go use to eat... =D

So there we were in town. Ate the XXL Chicken Cutlet at Far East Plaza. Whoa, tasted damn delicious! Skin was crispy, meat was soft, seasoning was good... Yummy! Basically, we went on a food fest lah. Had that chicken, then Ah Kun Toast, then Tako Pachi and then Beard Papa's Cream Puff... Shiok! Then went to meet Jasmine and gang at Cineleisure. Was thinking of watching some movie one lah, but then that decision never came. So slacked around at the food court and had our dinner and now here I am back home blogging. I think I might just catch a movie soon, the ones that I have downloaded I mean... Helps me pass some time.

Dragonboaters are a fun lot of people to hang out with. Real glad to have them as friends. =D Looking forward to our last sea training tomorrow before breaking for exams. Motivated to try to win the seniors! Oh yah, still got work sia. Working as banquet for ShangRi-La Hotel. $7 an hour not bad. Jing Yuan introduce one. Will be working for 2 days. Looking forward to that too! Extra money is never bad. Monday, BCA Final Test. See how it goes lor. Will blog soon. Holidays are approaching and so is REGATTA...!

Peace ouT.

Wednesday

Ahhhh! I need money! Didn't actually know how that felt until recently... $6 left in my bank. Better save up or regret it. Getting a job sounds good too...

Had seniors' training today. But before that, helped Vivien out with her filming. First ever visit to Canteen 5. Small and quiet place. Took 3 takes for my scene. Think it came out pretty well considering it was my first time. =) Had quite some fun with the crew. Yeah.

Yeah and onto the training. 3 sets of 15 pull ups today. Managed to clear it somewhat... Then onto endurance again. Third set was a whopping 15 kilos man! Whoa was it heavy... More interesting was what happened later. 4x100m! Wahahaha! As hoped for, we had the race. Glad that my group came in first (consists of Leo, Henry and Yong Quan. Good job fellas! =D). Hope to have more of this runs in future, really enjoyed it tremendously. Pool rowing was pretty slack I guess. Did more on technique than on erm... Other stuff. We usually had full blade rowing for 5 minutes but we didn't even tough the full blade this time. Focused more on the kiao-ing of water. Pretty easy day I must say. Train harder! REGATTA!

After training, rushed down to Plaza Singapura to catch a movie. New Police Story 2. Yeah it was a good show, loved the action scenes and stuff. Those criminals were surely smart sia, able to trap the cops. However, some anti-climax stuff happened too, which actually seemed quite comedic. Humourous parts were funny. Good show overall, 8 upon 10. Catch it if you can. I'm sure you won't regret this Jacky Chan thriller.

Reached home at about 12. Had my dinner, nasi goreng and 2 kosong prata. Then the highlight of the day came. MEMENTO.

Memento: Boy must I admit that this is one heck of a show. Hands down one of the best movies I watched. Content was good, plot was good. Loved how the way the show developed, despite being played backwards. It's the kind of show which makes you think hard about it. Puzzling. Confusing. Mind-boggling. Watch it. It's a MUST! Ask me for it lah, I have it in my hard disk already... =D

Alright. 6:16am. Done with blogging. Entries are getting shorter but yeah, it's life. Life gets shorter as the day passes, so does my blog. Alright.

Peace ouT.

A JOB!

I WANNA GET A JOB!

Monday and Tuesday...

Apologies there to my loyal readers... =X Sorry I didn't get the chance to update my blog for yesterday, so, I'll just make it up for it today!

Monday: Woke up pretty late (Couldn't remember what time it was). Made my way down to school to do some self-training. Whoa! Never saw that many dragonboaters at the snackbar before man. There were like so many of them! Said Hi to the people there and proceeded on to create some conversation. Soon after, it was time to do some self-training man. Did gym together with Wai Leong, Marcus and Alan. Back, abdominals and biceps were the main focus of the time. Shyam joined in as well for a short time because he had to rush off at 5pm to do some stuff. One to thing is that, when we were doing our abs at the grand stand, we happen to see Ellyas running his 2.4 for NAPFA. Jessica was sitted up there timing him. When it was his last round, the four of us stood up and went to pace Ellyas all at one go. And yeah, he did well for it, 10:18. Congrats dude. Yah, so after gym, I was hurried to bathe because a group of us was heading to CHOMP CHOMP to have dinner.

At CHOMP CHOMP: Firstly, if we were ever to go there to eat again, make sure it's gonna be like next month or something. The journey there took YEARS I tell you. Far far away in Serangoon Garden. Wah. Far sia. Odel, Henry and Thomas then met us there as well (Note: Us = Yong Quan, Wai Leong, Qi Jia, Melissa, Jeslyn and ME!). Had a hearty dinner, sting ray lah, hokkien mee lah, chicken wings, oyster omelette... And boy was the glass of sugar cane huge man! Surely was enough to satisfy my thirst throughout the dinner. After the meal, we headed down to McDonald's to have some ice-cream dessert and team bonding... What a crap session we had, talking all sorts of crap and Henry shooting people... Wahahahaha... Damn funny sia. However, time waits for no man. We had to leave later because it was getting pretty late...

Took the same bus as Odel, hoping to catch a bus at Parkway Parade. However, as I knew my dad was finishing work at 12, I took the bus all the way to Odel's place and gave him a call. The unfortunate happened. He was on his way home already and did not answer my call. No last bus either. Hais. So I decided to just hmm... Accompany her? Hahahaha~ Yeah, we went to the coffee shop to have some prata. Man, I must mention to all those people, if you love boobs, please go down to the coffee shop at New Upper Changi Road. The television there displays karaoke songs with luscious booby babes prancing around in their bikinis on beaches and pathways. What an eyeful... BUT, main focus was on Channel U the Shi Zi Lu Kou lah... Only Odel kept looking at the karaoke... OOPS. =X Soon after, we headed down to Cheers to get some stuff to eat and sat down at the nearby benches and talk talk talk talk talk... At about 3am, we kinda spotted some soccer match on the coffee shop television. Fulham versus Crystal Palace. Quite nice lah, but only managed to catch the first half because someone felt sleepy... -_-" So it was then lor, about 4 plus then I left for home in a cab. Upon reaching home, it was off to my bed and not long later at about 5:15am... ZzZzZzZz...

Tuesday: And then for today, woke up real late man. Two plus if I'm not wrong. Wanted to go school earlier to play ping pong one but due to my late return the night before, it was impossible. Prepared my stuff for training and it was down for lunch. I really don't get the chicken rice stall uncle. I told him Char Siew rice $3, he gave me Chicken rice. Diao. Two times liao man. Lucky I never complain him. Hahaha. Off I went to school for training. Was actually playing ping pong in the hall for a short while but then, went to help Odel in a photoshoot. It was not bad lah, quite fun actually posing there...

Training was as usual. Did individual campus run. Sucky timing lah. 13:36. Haiya, better luck next time... Then. 5 sets of 10 pull ups, followed by gym. Endurance training rocks man, damn shiok. Hope can train to be stronger sia for the back pack... Yah that's about it lah, just a typical training day. Still owe Jing Yuan 150 push ups on Thursday... Fitness test is approaching liao... Hope my sickness can faster go away. Oh yah. Went to KAP for dinner. Celebrated Ah Huat's birthday as well sia. Had a quite fun time then. He got the pair of sunglasses. Cool man... Now he looks more like a coach with SEH. Wahaha. Happy Birthday Coach! Looking forward to train with the seniors tomorrow... 4x100m... Muahahaha. Yup. Also have to help Vivien with her filming... A movie star in the making... =P. Ok lah. Done liao lah. Type so long. Watch movie later, Memento. Heard its good. Will update soon. Adios amigos!

Peace ouT.

Ahhhhh...

Feeling oh so damn sick at the moment with a stupid blocked right nostril and some throat irritation. Bleah. What a Sunday it has been. Woke up late today. Had my breakfast and stuff and was online talking to the people. Was deciding whether to go out to town with the gang but indecision flooded our minds. Then and there, Odel sms-ed me to see if I was able to go help her with a photoshoot. I agreed.

And there I was at East Coast Park in my beach wear (Or so it should be). Stupid weather. Was all set to go when it rained cats and dogs. Met Xiao Kang and Skye (Sky?), two of Odel's project mates. Sat in the shelter while waiting for the rain to stop. When it eventually did, it was decided that only shots of Xiao Kang's dad should be taken. Kinda interesting looking at the FSV people taking shots and stuff, "Eh what's the F and shutter speed or whatever...". All the words they used sounded alien to me. At least I was of some help there... Lol. After all that, off to Orchard I went to meet the gang of four, consisting of Yong Quan, Wai Leong and the China Dolls... =X

Caught Art Of The Devil at Lido... Two out of ten stars. Other than the somewhat pretty and hot girls, I guess there wasn't anything else nice about the movie. It was not the least bit scary but a whole lot gorier. Blood was everywhere. Should have listened to Giap... Now I busted $8.50. Had a little Subway after the show and we decided to go to Clarke Quay to take a stroll.

A whole line of bars, the Singapore River and the long dragon lantern. That was the location of our Regatta race, Yong Quan informed me. It seemed like a deja vu for Yong Quan and Wai Leong as they marvelled at the river. Heard stories about how the race day was like and how short the race course was. Plus the fact that there were many spectators watching. Could have just imagined how it would be like on that day, how tense it would be for the racers. "Are you ready?! READY! GO NOW!" Oh man, how I wish I could be in the boat racing man... That will be decided in the future, so I will have to just train hard for it.

A little to mention about the China Dolls. Boy do they love to take pictures! Jeslyn was like camera-ing herself the whole time and Li Nan was kind of like her camera buddy. Even the three guys were involved. Found a spot near the river and we took a seat. Chatted for quite a while before we actually left at about 11.

Requiem For A Dream: Good movie. Maybe better. Was kind of erm... Profound to me. But I enjoyed every bit of the show. Just the look at how addiction drives you up the wall, it makes you think twice before being addicted to something. And yes do I agree with the comment posted on IMDb, it sure does a much better job in convincing kids to not get hooked on drugs than any special "task-force" available. Four out of five stars.

Alright 3.40am right now. Will see what to do to pass some time before sleeping...

Peace ouT.

Sea Rowing...

Ah yes, finally it's a Saturday. So what's up today? Yeah, the usual sea rowing session at SDBA. Met Wai Leong on the MRT to Kallang. It wasn't such a smooth meeting though because we were suppose to meet at Outram Park but he got off the train thinking I hadn't got on but it was the opposite... Ended up meeting him at Tanjong Pagar instead. Was suppose to reach there earlier to get a little warm-up row but sadly, I overslept, thus we had no time for it. Next time probably... =)

After the usual warm-up, we had our jog to the first bridge. Following that, it was sprints all the way back to the start point. Kinda erm... Not my favourite activity but it's over. Then onto the boats we go! The junior boat was doing alright for the starting 4 sets but soon as it reached the 1 minutes and 500-metre sprints, it was all downhill for us guys. We barely had any energy left for those sets and it seemed damn demoralising watching all the boats pull away (Note: ALL the boats = SAFSA, NUS, NTU and our seniors...). Didn't really have the mood to row properly after those sets. When it came to starts, the result was somehow similar. We did not even catch up with the seniors a tad bit and worst of all, during the last set, we had to collide into the buoyancy ball! What the fuck man. It totally caused all the anger in us to burst out like flames in a backdraft. Overall feel for the day's rowing, was alright but we junior guys have got to put in more effort for water endurance. I really do think we have the chance to prove ourselves more worthy than just being able to win the seniors in like the 1st or 2nd set. Work on harder fellas! WE CAN DO IT! =D

And this section here is dedicated specially to our coach AH HUAT because it happens to be his birthday today! Although he might not be able to read this, but I still have to voice out my thoughts and feelings. Happy birthday coach! He has been an inspiring figure in our team, especially when he stood in front of our boat, we felt the motivation in him and thus was able to perform better or if not, all the best we could. I admire the way he coaches and the belief he has in all of us. We won't disappoint you...

Alright, let's go on to the details after training. Went to Milennia Walk for dinner again. -_-" It felt kinda boring having to walk all the way there just for some crappy shit dinner but at least there was Candy Empire! =D After having my bowl of beef noodles, we guys headed back to Suntec to jalan jalan. Ended up going to the arcade after finding out that we had no good seats for White Chicks. Man, was the time at the arcade an enjoyable one! Danced DDR with Odel. Step step step step step step step step! Reminds me of the old days when I actually played the game in order to shed those extra pounds... Had loads of fun just jumping around and dancing to the tunes. Odel did pretty well, although she could have done better... Wahahaha... But unluckily for her, there has to be a better someone dancing beside her... Hahahaha... It's alright Odel, train harder and I'm sure u will beat me someday. =) After arcading, we somehow ended up at the Sky Garden's playground. Did nothing much but just slacking around doing nothing so soon after, we guys left for home.

As we bid adieu at City Hall MRT Station, Odel and I went walking around trying to find something to do. The night was still young, so we decided to just stroll here and there... We actually wanted to hunt down Yong Quan and his scandal, but it was a futile attempt. So, both of us ended sitting down at the Esplanade, in front of the river, along a curb on the path. Talked about stuff. Mainly dragonboat stuff. Yeah. We chatted and chatted till about 2330 hours when a call was answered by her. Odel's long time friends have called her out, so we just went back to City Hall and said farewell then and there. Now still waiting for her to return home ah... Lol. Yah lor, so that's about it for today lah. Going to play Counter-Strike and watch Requiem For A Dream to pass some time while waiting... Till next time, bB~*

Peace ouT.

First Official Post...

As promised, my blog has been officially set up by today and thus a first post would be required of me (That's why I am doing this...). Just came home from Joanne's place after having a wonderful dinner together with the gang of dragonboaters. Odel, Vivien, Jasmine, Owen, Giap, Gareth and Ervin were all present and hell did we talk crap and shit during dinner! We were especially awed by the fact that Vivien kept HUH-ing us no matter what we said, not being able to comprehend almost 90% of our trashy conversation. Soon after was some team bonding time in joanne's room but not long later, we dudes had to ciao cause it ain't that early... That's why I am here now typing this to all of you, just before 12am where the time is due...

Now to talk about few things which happened since tuesday...

Tuesday: Had training and endurance was up for the taking. Did 1 minute instead of sets of 10 but it was alright, just disappointed at the fact that my military press was lesser than the previous time... -_- After gym session, it was time for cool down and following that, DINNER! A usual tuesday I would say, except the fact I had BCA quiz which was kind of alright... yeah. Oh yes, I forgot to say that I actually registered for blogger.com as well, which starts my maiden journey into the world of blogging! Cheerios~

Wednesday: Other than skipping the whole day's lessons, it was quite a normal day. Had training with the seniors and man did it feel good! Did endurance in sets of 10, cool man... The seniors were an inspirational lot in that they keep encouraging you to do better but still keep a jokey mood afloat. After gym was sprints and I would say that was pretty alright. Main event definitely has got to be the 4x100m race we had after the sprints (thanks to my suggestion). Came in 4th out of 6 but it was hell lot of fun. Wish to see more of it coming! =D
Back home, it was all down to the laptop and my blog. Searched for a template which I liked and started configuring stuff. I felt like an absolute greenhorn coming to talk about html but luckily for me, my nugzi friend ODEL was available to help and I kind of got a little stuff done. Thanks dudette~

Thursday: Skipped all lessons again and played table tennis instead. FUN FUN FUN! It was so damn fun playing with the guys man, all the spinning and cutting and smacking... I tell you, no matter win or lose, I never regretted a moment of it. Sadly, WBCOM test had to cut short my enjoyment. It was so so lah, finished the paper in an hour and rushed off for training, just in time to catch up the last 2 sets of 100m. Afterwhich, rowing was next. Felt it was alright but my left shoulder kinda ached inside... Hope it's not a tear or whatever... =X Training ended. Dinner at KAP was havoc. Got stuff from cold storage and started our chaos. First, it was the JUMBO BEEF... Shan't go into much detail about it... Hahaha... Then it was the new "paddle" that the guys thought of... HAHAHA... What's next man? CHKs rock!!!
SPECIAL MENTION - Thanks ODEL again this time for really help settle the blog stuff, that's why I have this pleasant looking website! Really owe u one, a tube of chocolates should have done it right? =) If need more then tell me hor... Wahahaha~ If anyone has blog problems, she's the woman to approach! I bet u I am gonna need more of ur help man... So watch out.

Friday: hmm... CATS class, I skipped. Woke up late. As for IAC lesson, was like an hour late because my group had to print the project? We kinda got screwed a little by the teacher, but it all was kinda okay because our presentation seemed to have gone better than expected... After that, went straight down to the snackbar to meet Vivien for filming, which never actually happened because I was not needed... hais -_- . Wasted my time man... =X Thus, I changed out of my formal attire (which I was wearing for my IAC presentation) and went straight to play ball with Kevin and others. Was quite alright and soon later, a soccer match begun. NPDB versus MDE. final score 10 - 2 in favour of NPDB... First half was kinda thrilling, but when it got into the second, it was like hmm... Yeah so it was like that lor. During the second half, played some soccer with Odel too. Man, gotta learn how to juggle the ball more properly, think it was the shoes lah... And as for my left leg, erm... Work harder. So soon after the match and after bathing, the gang and I headed to KAP to get some fruits for Joanne's mother and thus leads us right back to the top of this page... (Dinner at Joanne's place.)

So you see guys, as this is my first time blogging, I guess my entry seems kind of long... But it's all for the enjoyment of you people reading this. So please do frequent my blog more often as I will update my stuff on a daily basis and also, try to improve on the design too. Lacking on certain aspects but all should be cleared with the help of the nugzi... IF she's willing to help that is... =D So, just before signing off, some last words for you guys: Do tag my board when you wish to, teach me a way to stay awake during late nights and not fall asleep while chatting on msn and last of all, yo mama's so fat, when she walked past the television, I missed a whole season of FRIENDS! roflmaopimp!

Happy Childrens' Day!
Peace ouT.
